When changing frequency ranges, or cable setups, it is best to calibrate the VNA. This is fairly easy, and requires 3 calibration devices / loads. An Open, a Short, and a 50-ohm load.

First, go to the calibration menu.

Open the main menu

Select Calibrate

In this case, we are currently calibrated for 130MHz to 150MHz. Our calibration will adjust to 100MHZ to 200MHz.

Select Calibrate.

Place the Open device on the port, and then click Open.

Once done, it will place a check mark on the button, and advance to the next button.

Place the Short device on the port, then click Short.

Again, wait for the check box.

Place the 50-ohm Load device on the port, then click Load.

Again, wait for the check box.

Once Done, Click Back. Now we see our calibrated range.
